Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you fill out the consultation request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the nature of your family situation. If you contact us by email or phone, we collect the information you choose to share with us.
- Technical information. The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement. These tools set cookies and collect usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, interactions) that may be processed by Google. Our host may also log standard technical data for security and proper operation.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts hosted by Google Fonts. Your browser then communicates with Google's servers, which may receive your IP address.
Purposes of collection
We use your information only to:
- respond to your request and contact you;
- assess your situation and, where applicable, offer you our services;
- ensure the security and proper operation of the site;
- comply with our legal and professional obligations.
